I didn't talk with Ken at first, but he seemed to understand my case very fast. I suffered severely for 4 weeks after my fall, and I feel that I deserved more than I accepted. But, I am 84 years old and didn't want to gamble going to trial in one or two years down the road, so I settled.

You did really good an my case. You always let me no what was going on. When I call you an you didn't answer you call me back. I really enjoyed the time the you did when explaining something to me when I ask you.
