I just wish that I had been better prepared for the virtual deposition. And had went over each question with my attorney. In that we would have gotten a better settlement. One of the questions about ongoing prior legal filing. There was a small claims, where judge ruled in my favor but I never got any reimbursement for medical, etc So I answered the ? It was great. I was kept informed and if I left a message I always got a prompt reply. Everyone was very polite. My settlement was handled quickly and I think it was very fair. I hope nothing like this ever happens again but if it does this is who I would call. Thanks for your help.

When the insurance company wanted to be the ones to call all the shots after my accident. JD stepped in for me. And the insurance company had nothing more to say. My work wanted me to do all treatment through them even after they said they wouldn't cover anything due to I wasnt clocked in yet. And then turned around wanting to be the ones over my healthcare.
