Pleased that this has finally completed. Grateful, we got a settlement. Thought we, my wife Brenda, would have gotten more due to the severity of her pain, surgery, and extensive suffering. However, we are thanking God for the results He did give us! God bless!

I just wish that I had been better prepared for the virtual deposition. And had went over each question with my attorney. In that we would have gotten a better settlement. One of the questions about ongoing prior legal filing. There was a small claims, where judge ruled in my favor but I never got any reimbursement for medical, etc So I answered the ? No, since it was in the past and somewhat resolved. The phone deposition was over 3 hours, my phone was going dead,, I had computer issues, was rather frustrated and stresse... read more

It was great. I was kept informed and if I left a message I always got a prompt reply. Everyone was very polite. My settlement was handled quickly and I think it was very fair. I hope nothing like this ever happens again but if it does this is who I would call. Thanks for your help.
